July 2021: Home prices in New Albany increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in New Albany rose by $225,000 while total sales increased by 122.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $795,000 - a 39.5% increase over the $570,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in New Albany in July 2020.

The median sales tax in New Albany for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $12,245, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
