Worthington median home prices rose by 7.6% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Worthington rose by $28,590 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $376,410 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Worthington in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Worthington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,927, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
