Home prices increased in Whitehall during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Whitehall rose by $60,900 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,900 - a 64.1% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Whitehall in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Whitehall for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,584, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
