Bexley home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Bexley fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 7.1% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Bexley in the first half of 2016.
