Bexley home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Bexley fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 92.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 11% decrease over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Bexley in July 2016.
