Grandview Heights home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Grandview Heights fell by $56,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,250 - a 14% decrease over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Grandview Heights in February 2017.
