Upper Arlington home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 47.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Upper Arlington in March 2017.
