On August 15, Gavarone congratulated her father for receiving a prestigious award. She wrote, “Congratulations to my dad, Jim Charters , for receiving the National Aviation Heritage Alliance lifetime achievement award – the Ivonette Wright Miller Award! Members of the Wright family were on the selection committee, and it was wonderful they attended this week’s event!”.
Later that day, she expressed appreciation for local nonprofit work in northwest Ohio. In her post dated August 15, she stated, “Thank you to Goodwill Industries of Northwest Ohio for the informative meeting yesterday! It was great learning more about all the services that Goodwill provides to the communities in our region!”.
On August 16, Gavarone highlighted her participation in a regional business event. She posted, “Started a busy Friday at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce Legislative Breakfast! I always appreciate the conversations with business and community leaders on how we can continue to move our region and state forward!”.

The Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce serves as an advocate for local businesses and economic development efforts within northwest Ohio.
