The tweet included a link for more details regarding the submission process.Later that day, Carey expressed his enthusiasm over the Ohio State Buckeyes' visit to Washington to celebrate their recent championship. On April 14, 2025, he tweeted,

"Happy to welcome the @OhioState Buckeyes to Washington today to celebrate their 2025 @CFBPlayoff Championship. As always, it's a great day to be a Buckeye!" This reflects Carey's continued support and pride in his alma mater.In a related follow-up, on the same date, Carey posted another tweet extending a welcome to the Ohio State Athletics team.
