Worthington median home prices fell by 12.9% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Worthington fell by $55,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 12.9% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Worthington in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Worthington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,927, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
