Grandview Heights home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Grandview Heights rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grandview Heights in January 2016.
