Upper Arlington home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Upper Arlington fell by $110,000 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,000 - a 30.6% decrease over the $359,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Upper Arlington in January 2016.
