Columbus home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Columbus fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 475 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 467 homes sold in Columbus in January 2016.
