Columbus home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Columbus rose by $26,500 while total sales increased by 60.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 811 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 20.6% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 506 homes sold in Columbus in July 2016.
