It is hard to believe that the year is already halfway through, according to Master Coach Marilou Butcher Roth. Reflecting on the passage of time, she reminds individuals of the intentions or goals they may have set at the start of the year.
Roth encourages people to evaluate their progress toward these goals. “Are you on track to achieve?” she asks. Alternatively, she acknowledges that some goals may no longer feel relevant. “That is perfectly fine,” Roth assures, advising that it’s important to acknowledge when an intention has lost its appeal.
She emphasizes the importance of integrity when it comes to personal agreements. “Remember, when you decided on those intentions, you were making an agreement with yourself,” she states. Roth warns against abandoning goals without acknowledgment as it could impact one’s integrity.
