David Thomas, who has served as a County Auditor and is currently involved in legislative work, shared updates about his personal and professional activities through a series of social media posts in early April 2026.
On April 4, Thomas posted about preparing for Easter with his family: “Baked piconi ascolani (baked Italian cheese ravioli) and got the lamb ready for tomorrow’s Easter dinner. Many good traditions I am still learning and enjoying with grandma and family!”
The following day, on April 5, he reflected on the significance of Easter by sharing an experience from a previous visit to Jerusalem: “He is Risen! This is an empty tomb located in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem in the same style and area where Jesus is believed to have been buried and risen that I visited in December. The empty tomb is as real and important to humanity then as it is today. Happy”
On April 6, Thomas commented on his ongoing engagement with professionals in the property title industry: “I have enjoyed working with professionals in the Property Title business for many years as County Auditor and now working to clean up legislative language. Stopped into their reception recently in Columbus!” His involvement reflects a continued commitment to improving legislative clarity related to property titles.
Thomas’s background includes significant experience as a County Auditor, where he worked closely with property title professionals before shifting focus toward legislative reforms.
