Dailyn Swain’s Texas Longhorns advance in NCAA Tournament with win over BYU

On Thursday, March 19, Dailyn Swain, a former star at Columbus Africentric Early College High School, helped lead his current college team, the Texas Longhorns, to a 79-71 victory over the BYU Cougars in the NCAA Tournament.

The matchup was held at the Moda Center at 5:25 p.m.

Swain recorded 14 points, six assists, five rebounds and one steal over 36 minutes of play.

The Texas Longhorns are set to play again Saturday, March 21, at 4:10 p.m. at Moda Center.
