Congressman Mike Carey, who represents Ohio’s 15th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared several updates on social media highlighting legislative initiatives and constituent engagement.
On March 23, 2026, Carey wrote: “The @HouseGOP working families tax cuts are delivering real results as workers are paying less and getting bigger refunds on their tax bills!”
A day later, on March 24, he posted about a meeting with a local military leader: “Great to have Lance Cole, President of the Ohio National Guard Enlisted Association, here in our DC office today to discuss priorities for our Guardsmen back home in Ohio.”
On March 25, Carey acknowledged Medal of Honor Day by stating: “Happy Medal of Honor Day!”
Carey has served as a member of Congress since 2021 after succeeding Steve Stivers. He was born in Sabina, Ohio in 1971 and currently resides in Columbus. Carey graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993.
